Go to the MSO Sell Excess Inventory
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Under the "Sell" tab on the MSO website click on "excess inventory".
This will bring you to "post excess inventory - select a family".
From here follow the three steps to choose a metal family, grade
and form to identify the product that you want to list.

Provide Size Information
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
At "excess inventory - step 4", you will be asked to provide
size information on your item. Fill in the information and
then click the "next" button.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Indicate the Type of Sale
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
At excess inventory - step 5 indicate type of sale, partial quantities,
an all or nothing sale, or a sale by lots. Click the appropriate radio
button and fill in the required information. Click "next" to continue.

|

|
|
Create Material Listing
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
At excess inventory - step 6 create an accurate description of the
material you would like to list (example: Quality, Material
Specifications, Country of Origin, and Condition and Damages) by
filling in the required information. Click "next" to continue.

|
|
Create Shipping Instructions
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
At "excess inventory - step 7", product information,
such as weight and total packages, is required for
shipping purposes. To automatically provide a buyer
with competitive shipping costs, you will be required
to provide an originating location. At this point you
may choose an existing address, if you have an already
established the shipping address, or create a new
address. Click "next" to continue.

Choose a Payment Method
|

At "excess inventory - step 8", set the price for the inventory.
Also select the type of payment methods you would be willing to
accept from potential buyers.

Confirm Your Listing
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
At "excess inventory-step 9", you have the ability to edit
any information pertaining to your listing. Click on the
"edit" button in the gray header relating to any information
you need to edit. Click "cancel" to delete the listing or
"submit" to place the listing.

|
What Happens After I’ve Listed My Excess Inventory Item

To monitor, update or delete this or any Excess Inventory
Item you have posted at MSO, go to the My Selling page.
You will be notified by Fax or Email should anyone wish
to purchase the item(s) you have have listed here.
There will be a 5% commission on all excess sales
